FrameHaus creates property media from photography supplied by clients. Project scope, delivery timing, revisions, and final formats are confirmed before paid work begins.

Image rights

By submitting images, you confirm that you own them or have the permission required for FrameHaus to use them for the requested service.

Complimentary previews

A preview may be watermarked, limited in length, and provided at FrameHaus’s discretion. A preview request does not guarantee acceptance or create a paid engagement.

Accuracy and creative process

FrameHaus prioritizes a realistic representation of each property. Motion treatments involve a creative process and may require review or revision.

Payments and cancellations

This is an editable starter policy. Final payment, cancellation, licensing, and refund terms will be added before checkout is enabled.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for using delivered media only where you hold the necessary rights and permissions.
